problem getting hr shifter bushings

i ordered hybrid racing's shifter cable bushings and base bushings from excelerate performance a week ago they told me that it would take 2 to 3 days to get to me . i live in CT.
so i called after 3 days and they said it was not in yet. i then called the 4th day no bushings. i asked if they had a tracking number by the way i have been dealing with excelerate the whole time . the bushings were not there on the 6th day i talked to josh at excelerate and he called them . they told him that they forgot to ship them. and they would be there by tuesday which at the time it was friday. now if my math is right and they said they include saturday. as a shipping day my 2 to 3 days turned into 10. they also said that they would pay for the shipping . im more than mad at this so after i get the bushings if they shipped them out this will be the last time i purchase anything else from hybrid racing.

Sounds like a problem with your retailer. Next time order straight from Hybrid. Then you know it will get there on time!

if you read it again i said that hybrid racing never shipped it .
